• Design Consulting

• Fabrication Coordination

• Production Oversight

Our service offerings may evolve over time.

Every project begins with a written proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and payment schedule.

Unless otherwise stated, proposals remain valid for thirty (30) days.

Changes requested outside the approved project scope may require additional fees, revised timelines, or a new proposal.

Clients agree to:

• Provide requested information and assets.

• Review work in a timely manner.

• Supply accurate content.

• Obtain necessary approvals.

• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

Project timelines depend on timely client participation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• AIIDDODA retains ownership of preliminary concepts, sketches, working files, and unused design explorations.

• Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment.

• AIIDDODA retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, and publications unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

All text, graphics, images, branding, designs, and other content on this website are the property of AIIDDODA LLC, unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIIDDODA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our professional services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
